Brash Apps built the Slack Notifications for Google Forms ™ app as a Freemium app. This SERVICE is provided by Brash Apps at no cost and is intended for use as is.

App Permissions Explained
The use of information collected through our service shall be limited to the purpose of providing the service for which our Clients have engaged us.
The Slack Notifications for Google Forms ™ add-on requires you to grant permissions to several services associated with your Google Account. It uses the simple and secure OAuth 2 protocol to get data from the user’s Google account and does not have access to your account password.
Here’s a summary of the permissions that the add-on requires and why does it require access to these services.

- See your primary Google Account email address: The app will need to see your primary Google Account email address in order to provide your email as event organizer’s email in the details of the calendar event.

- Allow this application to run when you are not present – The app will need to run (even if you are not present) to ensure events are created in your calendar based on the data submitted via Google formsTM

- Send email as you – the app will need to submit meeting invites from your email (so that both you and the person you’re sending email to have the event organized by you in both of your calendars)

- Display and run third-party web content in prompts and sidebars inside Google applications – The app will need to render its interface using custom-made elements

- View and manage forms that this application has been installed in – The app will need to work with the form’s data (e.g. pull the start/end date for the events, mark some fields as “required” if the link between such fields and fields in 3rd-party systems was established in the config)

- Send requests to 3rd party apps/services – The app will need to communicate with Slack using secure webhooks to ensure the forms data is being posted in the channel/group selected by the person who set up the Slack integration in the App’s config.
Information Collection and Use
For a better experience, while using our Service, we may require you to provide us with certain personally identifiable information. The information that we request will be retained by us and used as described in this privacy policy.

In the case we discover that a child under 13 has provided us with personal information, we immediately delete this from our servers. If you are a parent or guardian and you are aware that your child has provided us with personal information, please contact us so that we will be able to do the necessary actions.
